Beskrivelse: Joy siger det selv: 100% Procanico of which half comes from the old vines and half from the Anfiteatro vineyard behind our house. 10 days of maceration with daily punch-downs. After the primary fermentation finished, the wine went into the two cement eggs, also for 13 months of aging.
